What does Behavioral Health mean?

Behavioral Health is a service of the Cleveland County Health Department which provides outpatient behavioral health services (therapy) for ANYONE aged 10 years and older in our community who is interested in improving their overall mental wellness.

  • Feeling Overwhelmed
  • Loss of Control
We do not offer the following services:
  • MAT
  • Adult ADHD Management
  • Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Who provides Behavioral Health Services?
Our skilled and experienced therapist is prepared to work with individuals, couples and families to address concerns like trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, relationships, increased stress, and parenting.

Behavioral Health Insurance

No insurance? No problem!
We accept patients regardless of insurance status. 
Individuals without insurance will be billed based on income and number of individuals in the household, similar to a sliding scale system. 

We also accept most private insurance (BCBS, Aetna, Medcost, Ambetter) and Medicaid! Please call ahead to make sure we are in-network with your insurance provider.
